If when you put the blog up the scroll bar is not transparent please edit the part of code where it says:
allowtransparency="yes"

and change that part to:
style="FILTER: chroma(color=#C8A283)" allowtransparency="yes"


I do not know if the code will work on piczo sites but if it dosent then delete the part where it says:
style="FILTER: chroma(color=#C8A283)" allowtransparency="yes"
